- Homemade cocktail sauce: Mayonnaise, Ketchup, salt and pepper
- 5XL Shrimps, cooked, chilled, peeled, tail-on
- 2 slices lemons
- Salad (cut into thin ribbons)
In a small bowl combine Ketchup, mayonnaise, salt and black pepper together. Can be prepared in advance, refrigerate to develop flavors until ready to use.
Mix the salad and cocktail sauce in a small bowl together. Spoon salad mix into a martini glasses, arrange shrimps around rim of glasses draping tails over the side for a beautiful presentation.
With a sharp knife cut a slit in lemon slices starting at the peel and cutting to the center, place on rim of glasses for garnish and serve.
