- 8 slices of ham (choose thin slices)
- 4 ounces of cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of almond flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup of crushed pork rind or an alternative (such as crushed pork panko, crushed almonds, or crushed pork-free breadcrumbs)
- Olive oil or cooking spray for greasing
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet with olive oil or cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Lay out the ham slices on a clean surface. Place a dollop of the cream cheese mixture onto each ham slice and spread it evenly.
