Yesterday evening we had the pleasure of enjoying food from recently certificate chefs. They received their Certificate on June 25th, 2014.
Of course every chef needs to have more experience to become the Chef that they want to be and others can appreciate. For this they need to explore the world, starting with their first Internship abroad, within the region – Trinidad.
To raise funds for their internship, the group of “students” organised a fundraising dinner at their school, SHTTC. Each student needs about $1500 (all-included).
When the person makes a reservation for the dinner, they could let them know which meat they prefer, chicken or beef.
