Every once in two weeks the Homemade Bartender, Miguel Tan-A-Kiam, will give us his creation of the week. Just so you could try it at home too!
– Fresh Mango, cut into pieces
– 50 cl Malibu Rum
– 20 cl simple syrup or 1 tablespoon of sugar
– ice cubes
Cut the mango into slices, wedges or cubes and place into the blender along side the rum, sugar ( or sugar syrup ) and ice cubes.
Start off using not too much ice and gradually add more until smooth and thick enough to your choice.
For the Garnish we have a flower, but anything goes from coconut shavings to a slice of Mango on the side.
Either way you can be creative and place any garnish to you like.
