We couldn’t be happier to see the out come of our homemade fine dining recipe. The taste is exquisite! We’ve received love about our plating. Our compliments to the chefs that prepared the same recipe for us in 2011, for the magazine. The Chefs are: Randy O. Smith, Jethro Wirht & Giovanni Asmo. At that time they were working for Courtyard by Marriott Paramaribo. Now they’ve gone their separate ways.
