We couldnโ€™t be happier to see the out come of our homemade fine dining recipe. The taste is exquisite! Weโ€™ve received love about our plating. Our compliments to the chefs that prepared the same recipe for us in 2011, for the magazine. The Chefs are: Randy O. Smith, Jethro Wirht & Giovanni Asmo. At that time they were working for Courtyard by Marriott Paramaribo. Now theyโ€™ve gone their separate ways.
