A dear friend of mine has this passion for a restaurant called Passie Food and Wines 🍷, and for her 30th birthday, she invited a few friends to enjoy her passion along with her. I am honored to be among those few.
Passie, Food and Wines is also one of my favorites restaurants. The owners are dears and I’ve seen them grow their passion (= passie) in our “little” country Suriname. Stein Hoogdorp and Marloes Hoogdorp-Luiting have been featured before on our blog, you have met them here.
